What is Gochujang Paste and Where Do I Find It?
Gochujang paste is a Korean fermented chili paste made of Korean chili peppers, fermented soybeans, glutinous rice, and salt. This gives it a rich, sweet, savory, spicy, and slightly tangy taste all at once.
You can find it in the International or Asian foods aisle at most grocery stores or online, such as Amazon. It often comes in a red plastic tub or a squeeze bottle labeled “Gochujang” or “Korean Chili Paste”.
You can adjust the amount in this recipe to your tastes.

What to Serve with This Recipe
These pork chops go nicely with steamed white, brown, jasmine, or fried rice. You could also serve with rice noodles or glass noodles. Be sure to spoon any extra sauce over the rice or noodles for extra flavor!
You can also serve this with roasted broccoli, honey-glazed carrots, or steamed edamame with sea salt.
For a fresh option, add a Korean cucumber salad, simple Asian slaw, shredded cabbage salad, or pickled vegetables.

Ways to Adapt this Recipe
