Keto-Friendly Adaptations for this Recipe

To make it keto-approved, replace the honey with a low-carb sweetener:

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar-free honey substitute (like Nature’s Hollow Sugar-Free Honey or ChocZero Honey)
  • or 1–1½ Tbsp. allulose or monk fruit syrup (depending on desired sweetness)

You could also substitute proteins in this dish by using chicken breasts/thighs. Cook on the BBQ until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees for breasts and 175 degrees for thighs.

Ways to Serve these Pork Chops

This dish can be paired with white rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted baby potatoes with your favorite vegetable sides for a complete meal. For a fresh element, add a garden salad or coleslaw to the meal with warm dinner rolls or garlic bread.
