1/4tsp.pepper
Instructions
Assembly Instructions:
Add pork chops to bag.
Add other ingredients.
Squish to combine.
Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw.
Heat BBQ to 400°.
Place pork chops on the hottest part of the grill and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
Move off the hottest part and cook until the internal temperature reaches 145° when checked with a meat thermometer. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
