Honey Bourbon Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. meatballs, frozen, pre-cooked
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup bourbon or whiskey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Assembly instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag. Mix around gently to combine. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.

Cooking instructions:
- Slow Cooker: Thaw or partially thaw. Slow cooker on high for 1 hour, then stir and turn down to low for 1 1/2 more hours. Serve over rice.
- Skillet: Thaw. Heat on stovetop over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
- Instant Pot: Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes with a quick release.
