Variations for Sheet Pan Teriyaki Meatballs
To make this dish vegetarian, simply substitute the meatballs for frozen vegetarian meatballs. These are often found in the freezer section where other vegetarian meat substitutes are. In my store, I often find them next to the breakfast items.
You can also choose to switch out or add some additional vegetables to this dish. Some of these could include finely sliced carrots, snap peas, zucchini, green beans, mushrooms, or baby corn.

Serving Ideas for Teriyaki Meatball Sheet Pan Dinner
This dish pairs nicely on top of white or brown rice. To save even more time and dishes, use 90-second microwave rice and it will be ready when your sheet pan is out of the oven.
You can serve this with rice noodles instead of rice if you prefer. There are already enough vegetables in here that no other sides are needed.
