Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag. Mix around gently to combine. Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw or partially thaw. Slow cooker on high for 1 hour, then stir and turn down to low for 1 1/2 more hours. Serve over rice.
Skillet: Thaw. Heat on stovetop over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
Instant Pot: Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes with a quick release.
