Garlic Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Assembly Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a large resealable freezer bag.
  • Remove excess air.
  • Seal and freeze.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Remove from marinade.
  • BBQ over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or pan fry in a skillet over medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes.
  • Chicken is cooked when the internal temperature is 165° when checked with a meat thermometer.

Ways to Serve this Recipe
