How to Serve the Cajun Garlic Snapper
You can substitute the snapper with cod fillets if those are easier to find for you. Any white fish such as Basa, tilapia, or cod will work.
We suggest serving this with brown rice and steamed broccoli. However, the possibilities are endless. Cornbread, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus, coleslaw, garlic bread, or a tomato cucumber salad are all great options.
