Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag.
Gently squish to combine the ingredients evenly.
Remove excess air from the bag, seal and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Bake on a foil lined baking sheet at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
Or cook in air fryer at 400° for 8-10 minutes flipping once.
Fish is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145° when checked with a meat thermometer.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices if desired.
