Garlic Honey Chicken Sheet Pan Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, frozen
- 1 red bell pepper, large chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, large chunks
- 4 carrots in 1-inch pieces
- 1 purple onion, large chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Assembly instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a large, resealable freezer bag.
- Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking instructions:
- Thaw.
- Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

How to Serve this Recipe
The great thing about sheet pan freezer meals is that you don’t have to add any additional sides if you don’t want to. This can be a complete meal on its own. However, if you do want to add something, here are some ideas.
Serve with a side of brown rice, quinoa, couscous, or orzo pasta. You could also include some crusty bread or garlic toast.
For a lighter option, include a garden salad, cucumber tomato salad, or coleslaw.
