How to Serve this Dill Pickle Bagel Spread
We packed this in a school lunch on croissants. As the title suggests, you can use bagels or everything seasoned bagels instead of plain ones. You could also pack it or serve it as a dip with vegetable sticks like carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumber spears, etc. It would also pair nicely with crostini or crackers for a party dip.
When I made this for our school lunch, I used a container of “whipped” cream cheese instead of the block for easy stirring. I figured it would not make it into the freezer, so that is another option if you decide to make it the day of.
