There’s no need to stop by the drive-through for a breakfast sandwich when you have these Breakfast Sliders on hand. These tasty sandwiches are the perfect addition to busy school or work mornings.

The great thing about freezer meals is that you can have all your meals covered, not just dinner. These breakfast sliders are a great replacement for fast-food breakfast sandwiches and are a filling meal for hungry mouths heading out the door to school or work.

Breakfast Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 buns
- 10 egg
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 8 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 tsp. dry onion flakes
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Assembly Instructions:
- Slice the buns in half.
- Place the bottom in the foil tray.
- Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble in skillet.
- Spread the egg mixture over the buns. Top with bacon and cheese slices. Replace the tops of the buns.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and seasonings. Brush over buns. Cover with foil.
- Freeze.

Cooking Instructions:
- Thaw.
- Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes covered.
- Uncover and bake another 3-5 minutes.

Recipe Tips: Just take out the number of sliders you want to eat to thaw and bake. The rest can be saved in the freezer for another time.
Serve with fresh fruit or your favorite breakfast sides. You could also make these for a brunch get-together and serve them with hash brown casserole, pancakes, and other brunch-themed foods.
