These tortilla pizza pockets put a fun twist on lunch that kids (and adults!) will love. Customize each one with your favorite fillings and toppings for endless flavor combinations everyone can enjoy.

Tortilla Pizza Pockets Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 flour tortillas, large, cut in half
- 7 oz. pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- olive oil
- Italian seasoning
Assembly instructions:
- Mix the pizza sauce, pepperoni, and shredded cheese in a medium bowl.
- Make a pocket (looks like an ice cream cone) with each halved tortilla.
- Put a spoonful of the sauce mixture inside.
- Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Seal the open end with a fork.
- Brush one side with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Freeze (raw) on a baking sheet.
- When fully frozen, transfer to a freezer bag and freeze again.

Cooking instructions:
- You can cook these from frozen.
- Place on a baking sheet and cook at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Or in the Air Fryer at 375° for 10 minutes.

Additional Notes for this Recipe
We found it easiest to use a pizza cutter to cut your tortillas.
Also, if you are planning to use these in school lunches, it’s best to fully cook them ahead of time.
You could add additional pizza toppings to these pockets as desired. Just remember not to overfill them so you can close them easily.
