flour tortillas
large cut in half

pizza sauce

pepperoni chopped

cup
mozzarella cheese shredded
olive oil
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Mix the pizza sauce, pepperoni, and shredded cheese in a medium bowl.
Make a pocket (looks like an ice cream cone) with each halved tortilla.
Put a spoonful of the sauce mixture inside.
Place down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Seal on the open end with a fork.
Brush one side with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Freeze (raw) on baking sheet.
When fully frozen, transfer to a freezer bag and freeze again.
Cooking instructions:
Can cook from frozen.
Place on a baking sheet and cook at 400° for 10 minutes.
Or in the Air Fryer at 375° for 10 minutes.
