Cranberry Chicken Dump Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 14 ounce can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing
- 4 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
Assembly Instructions:
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable freezer bag.
- Add the cranberry sauce, salad dressing, and onion soup mix to the bag. Seal the top and squish the ingredients together to mix the marinade into the chicken.
- Remove excess air from the bag, seal it, and place the chicken thighs in the freezer until you’re ready to start cooking.
Cooking instructions:
- Place the chicken thighs in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Transfer all the ingredients from the bag to a baking dish and cover the pan with foil.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking another 10 minutes.
