Butter Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Assembly instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag.
  • Squish gently to combine.
  • Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Empty contents into slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 3-5 hours on low.
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

Ways To Adapt This Recipe

While I suggest using chicken thighs for this recipe, you could substitute them for chicken breasts.
