Smoky Tequila Lime Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag.
  2. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Thaw.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade.
  3. Grill on the BBQ over medium heat for 15 min.
  4. OR cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 20-25 min.
  5. The chicken is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
