Smoky Tequila Lime Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Assembly Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag.
- Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Cooking Instructions:
- Thaw.
- Remove chicken from the marinade.
- Grill on the BBQ over medium heat for 15 min.
- OR cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 20-25 min.
- The chicken is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
