Freezer meals don’t have to be just for dinner or lunch. This make-ahead quiche will make breakfast time so much easier, especially on those busy school mornings.

Make-Ahead Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup prosciutto, sliced or chopped
- 1 cup spinach, fresh chopped
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- salt
- 1 deep-dish frozen pie crust
Assembly instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs and add in cream, prosciutto, spinach, cheese, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour into the frozen pie shell.

Cooking instructions
- Place the pie plate on the cookie sheet and bake in a 350° oven for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool.
- Cover with plastic wrap and then tin foil.
- Freeze.
Reheating instructions
- Thaw.
- Remove plastic wrap and replace the tin foil.
- Reheat in 300° oven for 30 minutes.

Notes for This Recipe
Most frozen pie shells come in a pack of two. Consider doubling this recipe to make two quiches.
If making your pie crust from scratch, keep in mind that many pie plates are larger than store-bought frozen pies. You may need to double this just to fill the whole pie shell!
