Instructions
Assembly instructions
In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs, and add in cream, prosciutto, spinach, cheese and salt. Mix well.
Pour into frozen pie shell.
Cooking instructions
Place pie plate on cookie sheet and bake in 350° oven for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let cool. Cover with plastic wrap and then tin foil. Freeze.
Reheating instructions
Thaw. Remove plastic wrap and replace tin foil. Reheat in 300° oven for 30 minutes.
