Does cabbage freeze?
While lettuce doesn’t freeze because of its high water content, cabbage freezes quite nicely. Using a pre-shredded bag of coleslaw means that the cabbage is already cut for you, making prep even easier.

Serving Suggestions for Ground Turkey Stir Fry
This dish is loaded with protein and vegetables so it can easily be served on its own, but it also pairs nicely with Jasmine rice or rice noodles.
Another suggestion would be to use this as the filling for lettuce wraps. Simply fill butter or iceberg lettuce with the stir fry, roll, and eat.
Recipe Substitutions
Swap your favorite veggies for any of the vegetables in this dish. Diced red pepper, frozen green beans, and broccoli florets would all work well.
