Frozen Yogurt Bark FAQs:
Can I make this dairy free?
If this Frozen Yogurt Bark sounds right up your alley, but you avoid dairy in your diet, we’d recommend using coconut yogurt to maintain the thick creaminess that makes this recipe so delectable. Other yogurts like almond, oat, and soy can work as well, though the texture may vary from one to the next.
What else can I put in my Frozen Yogurt Bark?
Strawberries, raspberries, and pistachios are our go-to’s, bringing the mixture of fresh sweetness and nuttiness, but you can totally get creative with your inclusions! For the earthy flavour, try almonds, walnuts, your favourite granola, or even sunflower seeds. Blackberries, blueberries, or banana slices fit well in place of the strawberries and raspberries as well. Also consider throwing in coconut shavings or chocolate chips.
What’s the best way to serve Frozen Yogurt Bark?
The key to enjoying this dessert/snack is to eat right out of the freezer: no thaw time required. If you want to take things up a notch when you serve your bark, feel free to drizzle or dip it in some chocolate sauce or softened peanut butter to add to the overall flavour profile.
