Chili Lime Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp raw, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Assembly instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag.
  • Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  • Thaw.
  • Sauté in skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes or BBQ on skewers.

How to Serve Chili Lime Shrimp

You can serve these with steak, rice, or on pasta. You could also use them in shrimp tacos, on top of a Southwest Salad, or inside lettuce wraps or flour tortillas.
