Maple Dijon Sausage and Veggies Sheet Pan Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. garlic sausage ring sliced
  • 1 sweet potato, medium, peeled, diced into 1” pieces
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 1/2 purple onion, large chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Assembly instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag.
  2. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Thaw the freezer meal in your fridge overnight, or first thing in the morning.
  2. When you’re ready to make dinner, empty the bag contents on a large parchment-paper-covered baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.

Dinner is served!

How to Serve this Sheet Pan Meal

The great thing about sheet pan meals is you don’t need to add anything else to them to make a full meal. However, some additions could include a nice crusty bread with butter, make ahead mashed potatoes, buttered egg noodles, white or brown rice to soak up the delicious juices, or a garden salad.

How to Store the Leftovers

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and eaten for lunch the next day. They can be saved for up to 3 days.
