What is Lemon Pepper?
If you’ve never used lemon pepper before, it can be a bit confusing. Where do you find it? Is it spicy? Lemon pepper is a seasoning that can usually be found in the spice aisle of your local grocery store. It is made of dried lemon peel, salt and pepper. It can be quite salty, so be careful when adding more salt to your recipe if you are watching your sodium intake, or want to avoid overpowering the dish. The pepper component can vary by brand, so maybe do a quick taste-test if it’s your first time using it.
You can make your own sodium-free lemon pepper by grinding black peppercorns and dried lemon peel.

How to Serve Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings:
Chicken wings can be eaten on their own, or served with a meal. The classic way to serve chicken wings is with fries and ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce. If you want to serve it as part of a regular meal, consider adding a creamy coleslaw side, raw veggies, and our Twice Baked Potato.

Wings are always more enjoyable when there are flavour options to choose from. For more freezer-friendly variations, check out our Korean Chicken Wings, Crispy Chicken Wings, and Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings.
