Place 3 lbs. chicken wings in a large resealable freezer bag. Add the lemon juice.
In a small bowl, mix the spices and sprinkle evenly over the chicken
Give it a smush. (technical terms for squishing things around to mix them!)
Remove the excess air, seal, and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw. Cook in the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low, then broil for a few minutes to crisp up. OR bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 45 minutes and uncovered for another 10 minutes. OR cook in batches in a preheated air fryer at 380° for 22 minutes, turning once.

You can add more cayenne pepper for a bigger kick!
To get a more even cook in the air fryer, separate the pieces into drumsticks and flat wings.
