Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds pork chops
  •  1/4 cup soy sauce
  •  1 clove garlic, minced
  •  1/2 teaspoon ginger
  •  2 teaspoons sesame oil
  •  1/4 cup honey, melted
  •  1 tablespoon brown sugar

  1. Place the pork chops in a large resealable freezer bag.
  2. Add the soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, sesame oil, honey, and brown sugar to the bag. Seal the opening and squish the ingredients together until well mixed.
  3. Remove excess air from the bag, seal it, and place it in the freezer until ready to start cooking.

  1. Transfer the pork chops to the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
