Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag.
Remove excess air. Seal and freeze.
Preheat Air Fryer for 4 minutes.
Air fry for 10-20 minutes, depending on how you like your steak.
Stop twice to shake the drawer.
Serve with melted compound butter (butter mixed with herbs such as thyme, rosemary or parsley).
Alternatively, sear in a skillet over medium-high heat in compound butter.
Cook cubes on all sides until desired doneness.
