Add mozzarella cheese to medium bag.
Remove excess air and seal.
Add pasta to another medium bag.
Remove excess air and seal.
Add remaining ingredients to large freezer bag.
Remove excess air and seal.
Staple bags together above the seal.
Lay flat to freeze.
Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Add contents of the large bag to a large pot or deep skillet on the stove top.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and stir in pasta.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Add mozzarella cheese and let melt or add cheese to individual servings.
