Throw all the ingredients in a large resealable bag.
Squish together to combine.
Remove excess air and seal.
Thaw.
Preheat BBQ to medium.
Grill chicken burgers with the lid closed for about 5 minutes per side.
Ensure that center is no longer pink.
Serve on a bun with desired toppings.

Pan-fry chicken burgers 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Serve on a bun with desired toppings.
Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165° in the thickest part of the patty.
