Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Place chicken in a large resealable freezer bag.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Put 1/2 cup of in medium bag.
Pour the rest of the marinade on top of the chicken.
Squish to combine.
Remove excess air, seal, staple to medium bag above the seal, and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
BBQ: Grill for 6 minutes on one side, flip and cook 4 minutes on the other side. Baste with sauce and cook another 1-2 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake @375° for 30-35 minutes. Then brush with marinade and broil for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with grilled pineapple slices.
