Add all ingredients to a large resealable freezer bag and shake to coat cauliflower. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw. Bake in 350° oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Or Air Fryer 400° for 10-12 minutes, shaking often. Sprinkle with sliced green onion and serve.
