Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Add all ingredients into large freezer bag.
Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Add contents of bag into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
