Roll out dough. Cut into 24 squares. Put each square in a silicone mini muffin tin tray. Add a square of brie. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and add a small bit of rosemary.

Put the muffin tin tray on a cookie sheet and freeze flat. Pop the bites out when frozen. Transfer to a large resealable freezer bag. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.

Put the frozen bites back into the mini muffin tin tray. Bake in a 375° oven for 15 minutes until edges are golden brown. Serve.
