long grain rice rinsed and drained

water

olive oil

lime zest

garlic minced

cilantro finely chopped

Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Add rice, water, and 1 tsp. olive oil to a pot.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce to a simmer.
Simmer 18-20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Keep covered for 5 minutes.
Using a fork, fluff the rice, add lime zest, garlic, 2 tsp. olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir to combine.
Transfer to freezer bag or freezer safe container.
Serving instructions:
Reheat in the microwave or in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
