black beans rinsed and drained and patted dry on a paper towel

oz.
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/2
onion in large chunks

cloves
of garlic
minced

eggs

salt

pepper

bread crumbs
Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Add onion, minced garlic, and chipotle peppers in sauce to a blender. Pulse until finely diced.
Add black beans, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pulse again just to mix.
Add to a bowl. Fold in bread crumbs.
Refrigerate 40 minutes.
Form 6 patties.
Freeze in single later on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Once frozen, transfer to freezer bag.
Cooking instructions:
(Cook from frozen or thawed)
Heat olive or avocado oil in skillet.
Cook burgers 5-6 minutes, flip over, cook another 5 minutes.
Add some cooking time if cooking from frozen.
Serve on buns with burger toppings.
