Mix together all ingredients.
Place in a large freezer bag or directly into a freezer safe, oven safe dish.
Cover and freeze.
Thaw in the fridge overnight.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to bubble.
If desired, sprinkle with sliced green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips or raw veggies for dipping.
One chicken breast shredded is the equivalent of one cup, so if you have a lot of shredded chicken, for example from a rotisserie chicken, use two cups for this recipe.
