Add all ingredients except baby tomatoes to a large freezer meal bag.
Squish to combine.
Remove excess air, seal & freeze.
Thaw.
Dump the bag contents onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add 1 cup baby tomatoes to the tray and stir to combine.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
Optional: broil for a few minutes in the end to give some color and caramelization.
