Ingredients
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 lb. ground breakfast sausage browned and cooled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese browned and cooled browned and cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • pinch salt
  • 1 3/4 lbs. tater tots frozen
  • optional: chopped chives for garnish on day of cooking
Instructions
Assembly instructions:
  1. In a medium or large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, and milk.

  2. In a rectangular foil tray, add the ground sausage, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, and the tater tots and stir.

  3. Pour the egg mixture on top.

  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and the bacon.

  5. Top with two layers of foil. Freeze.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Thaw.

  2. Bake at 350° uncovered for 1 hour.
