Place raw cubed chicken in a medium (quart sized) freezer bag.
Add olive oil and squish to coat chicken.
In a small bowl, mix together the seasonings and pour over the chicken.
Seal the bag and shake the coat the chicken with the seasonings.
Open bag to remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Cook up in a bit of oil in a skillet until chicken is no longer pink inside.
