Add meatballs, chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, shredded carrots and thinly sliced jalapenos to a large freezer bag. Squish around gently to mix.
Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Heat meatballs in skillet until heated through.
Cut baguettes into four sections and lightly toast.
Spread with Sriracha mayo.
Add the meatballs and top with fresh chopped cilantro, and fresh chopped mint.
Recipe Notes
You can make your own Sriracha Mayo by mixing 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 2-3 Tbsp. of sriracha hot sauce, a tsp of lemon juice and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. You can make it hotter with more sriracha if you like.
