Ingredients

old fashioned oats

raisins or dried cranberries
1/2
tsp.
cinnamon
1
Tbsp.
chia seeds or hemp hearts
1/2
cup
unsweetened applesauce

Tbsp.
flax seed
Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Add all ingredients except flax seeds to a blender.
Blend in the blender until oats are fine and everything is combined.
Transfer into a bowl.
Roll into balls and then roll in flax seed.
Place in a single layer and freeze before transferring to a quart size freezer bag.
Serving instructions:
Remove as many balls as desired from the bag.
Reseal bag and return to the freezer.
Allow balls to thaw somewhat before eating.
