Prick the pie crusts several times with a fork. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes until golden. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, mix raw ground beef, eggs, milk, onions, seasonings and bread crumbs. Spread the mixture evenly between the two pie shells.
Top each pie with 1/3 cup tomato sauce and half a cup of shredded cheese.
Cover each pie with plastic wrap and then tin foil.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw. Remove foil and plastic wrap. Bake in the oven at 350° for 45-55 minutes until centre is fully cooked. Let set a few minutes before cutting into 6-8 pieces.
