Place shrimp in medium freezer bag.
Place other ingredients in a large resealable bag.
Remove excess air, seal, staple the bags together above the seal.
Freeze.
Simmer large bag contents on the stovetop in a skillet.
Once the onions have softened, add the shrimp.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and curled.
Serve on rice.
