Place the fresh or frozen fish fillets in a large resealable freezer bag.
Add the green beans, Kalamata olives, olive oil, and seasonings.
Gently mix in the bag to combine.
Remove the excess air, seal, and freeze.
Thaw in the fridge overnight.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the bag contents as well as the baby tomatoes.
Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
