Mix the smoked paprika, red pepper jelly, and red pepper flakes together and add it on top of the salmon in a large resealable freezer bag.
Freeze.
Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Salmon can also be grilled on a plank or cooked in cast iron skillet with a lid.
Or cook salmon in the air fryer. Place the fillets in the air fryer, in batches, air fry at 400°F for 7 to 8 minutes, or longer depending on thickness of the salmon.
