Instructions
Assembly instructions:
Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large, resealable freezer bag.
Remove excess air, seal and freeze.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Empty bag contents into slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice at the end of cooking.
Serve with rice or naan.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
