Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable freezer bag. Dump in the remaining ingredients.
Remove all the air that you can from the bag, seal, and freeze.
Dump bag contents in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 24-27 minutes. Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165° when checked with a meat thermometer.
If desired, garnish with fresh basil and more shredded Parmesan cheese.
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs can be used in place of the breasts if you prefer.
