Place all ingredients into a large resealable freezer bag.
Squish to combine.
Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Thaw in the fridge overnight.
Spread bag contents onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Add pineapple and bake for 10-20 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
