Squeeze the contents of the bag together to combine.
Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Thaw.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the contents of the bag and stir.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and allow the mixture to cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until the ingredients are heated through. Alternately, the mixture can be cooked in the slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours.
Serve on hamburger buns.
