Cook pasta according to package directions.
Rinse with cool water.
When cooling, toss occasionally with olive oil to prevent it from clumping.
Mix the salad dressing, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add cubed chicken, pasta, bacon, and cheese.
Gently mix until evenly distributed.
Transfer into a large resealable freezer bag. Remove as much excess air as possible: seal and freeze.
Thaw the freezer meal overnight in the fridge.
Transfer the contents of the bag to a serving bowl.
Stir in 1 cup of romaine lettuce that is torn into bite-sized pieces and 1/2 cup of croutons (optional) before serving.
Serve chilled.
